Expat Explore can not guarantee any travel visas - this is determined by the Embassy. Although we do every effort to ensure that each application is correctly presented at the Embassy, they may still choose not to grant a tourist visa without explanation.
Expat Explore will not be held responsible for any expenses occurred due to delays or refused travel visas.
All service fees, including embassy fees must be paid at the time of application. Service fees are non refundable once submitted to the embassy or when cancelled within 5 working days before a booked embassy appointment date. We will refund all fees if cancelled more than 5 working days before a booked embassy appointment.
Expat Explore reserves the right to terminate any application and agreements at any stage. Applicants declare that all visa information provided for their application is true and complete and that all necessary information will be provided. If not, Expat Explore reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate. |
