Expat Explore can not guarantee any travel visas - this is determined by the Embassy. Although we do every effort to ensure that each application is correctly presented at the Embassy, they may still choose not to grant a tourist visa without explanation.

Expat Explore will not be held responsible for any expenses occurred due to delays or refused travel visas.

All service fees, including embassy fees must be paid at the time of application. Service fees are non refundable once submitted to the embassy or when cancelled within 5 working days before a booked embassy appointment date. We will refund all fees if cancelled more than 5 working days before a booked embassy appointment.

Expat Explore reserves the right to terminate any application and agreements at any stage. Applicants declare that all visa information provided for their application is true and complete and that all necessary information will be provided. If not, Expat Explore reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate.

FRENCH SCHENGEN VISA - 5 Easy steps

1. French Schengen Visa read AND understand the Schengen Visa Requirements.
2. Phone Expat Explore and book a lodging space (at least 3 weeks before date of travel). Please phone us between 09:00 and 11:30
3. Prepare your application (See French Schengen Visa requirements and download the visa forms)
4. Post or deliver your visa application to our office (at least 7 working days before your lodging date)
5. Once we receive your documents, we will check and prepare the final French Schengen application before we take it in to the French embassy.

SWITZERLAND SCHENGEN VISA - 5 Easy steps

1. Swiss Schengen Visa read AND understand the Schengen Visa Requirements.
2. Phone Expat Explore and book a lodging space (at least 3 weeks before date of travel). Please phone us between 09:00 and 11:30
3. Prepare your application (See Switzerland Schengen Visa requirements and download the visa forms)
4. Post or deliver your full visa application to our office (at least 7 working days before your lodging date)
5. Once we receive your documents, we will check and prepare the final French Schengen application before we take it in to the Switzerland embassy.

EGYPTIAN TOURIST VISA

1. Read AND understand Egyptian Tourist Visa
2. Phone Expat Explore and book a lodging space (not later than 2 weeks before date of travel).
3. Prepare your application (Egyptian Tourist Visa)
4. Post or deliver your application to our office (not later than 7 working days before your lodging date)
5. Once we receive your documents, we will check and prepare the final Egyptian Visa application before we take it in to the Egypt embassy. We will contact you after the travel visa is approved (2 Days).
